Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - Cooler temperatures are below 4C - Freezer units are at -18C - Warewashing method is satisfactory - Bleach solution in bucket available and achieves 100ppm Chlorine - Dry storage is good. Food items are stored in pest proof containers and off the ground Note: Ceiling tiles near fume hood are darkening in color due to smoke. Replace/repair this issue back to their original state
