Routine inspection - handwashing station supplied with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels - washrooms in good sanitary condition and well-supplied - 2 doors glass cooler at/below 4C - high-temperature dishwasher was not in use due to extremely high water temperature (operator already contacted dishwasher service to adjust the temperature, it should be fixed by this week) - ice machine was in good sanitary condition (only for staffs) - QUATs sanitizer tested over 200ppm - food items free of contamination - no sign of pest activity observed at the time of inspection - facility well-organized
