- Hand-washing basin is stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigerator temperature is ≤4o Celsius (2.8 C)
- Dishwasher (high-temp) was not powered on at time of inspection-->Thermolabel provided to operator to self-check dishwashing rinse temp. Dishwasher should reach 71 degrees Celsius (or higher) for effective sanitizing of dishware.
- Ensure to use unscented chlorine bleach to prepare sanitizing solution for usage on food-contact surfaces. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water used to make a food-grade, no-rinse sanitizing solution.
