-Follow-up inspection to June 25, 2019.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods made this morning were properly cooled and probed at 4C.
-Sprouts were stored in a mixture of ice and water at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Front prep cooler has been replaced and was at 4C.
-Front handwash station was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator has reviewed proper hand hygiene practices with staff. Ensure staff maintain good hand hygiene at all times.
-General cleaning of the kitchen has been carried out. Ensure staff maintain the kitchen in a clean and sanitary basis to prevent potential pest attraction.
-Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed or when new containers are obtained.
