Observation: Paper towel in dispenser is noted in staff washroom; however, it's impossible to get paper towel easily from the dispenser.
Correction: Ensure paper towel is placed in proper dispenser. Replace with a new dispenser or use a different type of dispenser.

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Stand up two door cooler has been repaired and achieving temperatures of less than 4 degrees Celsius
- Under counter three door insert cooler across from grill has been replaced with under counter three door insert cooler with thermometer.
- Cleaning has occurred - more cleaning to occur

- Screen to be replaced on back door
- Walk in cooler to be repaired
- After deep cleaning of all cracks and crevices Pest Control Company must service facility
- Remove all food related items from restaurant staff washroom

CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED
Follow up inspection to occur in one week. Substantial cleaning must occur.
