- General sanitation was GOOD!
- Handwash sink and staff washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Walk in cooler / Food processing cooler 3.4C. Walk in freezer -18.5C.
- 3 compartment sink was available for cleaning and sanitation purpose.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle 200ppm.
- Drain properly cleaned and was in a sanitary condition.
- All the equipment (the meat cutter, grinder, knives) was in a sanitary condition, no food debris observed on any equipment.
- No pest activity observed during inspection.
