*Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection. No food stored on site.

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Stand-up cooler is < or = 4C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 75.1C at the plate level. Ensure dishwasher is warmed up and display reads minimum 150F before use.
- Bleach is available. Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared when kitchen is in use. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of household bleach per 1L water. Sanitize food preparation areas before and after use.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- Ventilation hood is maintained
- Premise is well lit
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
