Observation:
- The interior of the prep cooler, the inserts and the can opener, the floor underneath the prep cooler and dishwasher were not in a sanitary condition.


Correction: - Please thoroughly clean and sanitize the aforemented items.

Comments

Re-inspection conducted with the presence of the owner.

- General sanitation was GOOD!
- No grease or food debris observed on the can opener and the hard-to-reach area underneath the dishwasher, the table and the cook line.
- Inserts in the prep cooler were clean and well organized.
- Filters of the exhaust hood cleaned and free of greaser.
- All the food properly covered in the walk in cooler.
