On Follow-up: As per chef, prep cooler was serviced on June 3rd and was working fine. It was also meeting temperature this morning. At the time of the inspection (10:30am), the bottom pullout drawer temperature was 4 degC; the top drawer temperature was 7.5 degC and the side section with the 2 doors was at 10 degC. The house thermometer inside the cooler also read 10 degC. This cooler is still not maintaining temperature consistently. Get it serviced again. Manager to contact me at the given number when he gets in.
