Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual (no detectable bleach) in bleach solution in spray bottle used for surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Staff remade solution to achieve 100 ppm chlorine residual (1/2 bleach per one liter of water in spray bottle)
Ensure this is always available to disinfect all food surfaces.

Observation: Rodent dropings observed in the following areas:
-under the counter in the front cashier area
-By the back door along the walls
-Inside the kitchen beside the upright cooler

Showed this to staff. There is also small black debris/dirt that were not rodent droppings, but can contribute to unsanitary conditions.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove all droppings and sanitize areas
2) Obtain pest control visit
3) Send copy of pest control report to district EHO (business card provided)

-3 compartment sink present with bleach available to sanitize. Plugs for sinks present
-FOODSAFE certified staff on site
