Observation: Staff member observed touching face/mask without properly washing hands afterwards. *CORRECTED*

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff are properly washing hands with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, followed by drying with single use paper towels as often as needed to prevent contamination of food and food equipment/utensils/surfaces. For example, hands should be properly washed after touching clothing, hair, skin.

2. Prep sink faucet observed to be continously flowing. Unable to close hot/cold water taps further to stop water flow. Unsure if water is from hot or cold valve.

Note: High temperature dishwasher was measured at 76 degrees C at the utensil surface.
