Note: this kiosk is only open/in use during busy times. It is one of two kiosks available at the golf course. The only potentially hazardous foods processed/prepared at this kiosk are hot dogs.
Kiosk has a 2 compartment sink to wash and sanitize tongs
Liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at the 2 compartment sink to wash hands.
There are 3 coolers (upright sliding glass door beverage coolers), all at <4 deg C
Freezers at <-18 deg C
Wrapped sandwiches are also stored in these coolers that are prepared at the main kitchen and then brought over each day
Quat spray sanitizer available at 200 ppm QUATS
Keep bleach on site to sanitize tongs at end of the day in one of the compartments of the 2 comp sink (use 1 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water), as these are the only food contact utensils permitted in this kiosk (since there is no 3 compartment sink or dishwasher).
