Dishwasher registers 77 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Bleach sanitizer available for use in spray bottle.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler outside of building at 4-5 degrees C.
Walk in cooler inside of building not in operation. Used for dry storage.
Preparation cooler with drawer sections at front area not in operation. Note: if to be used for storage of cold potentially hazardous foods, ensure it is serviced and capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less.
Small preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
