Corrective Action(s): Obtain proper food grade storage container or containers, preferrably on wheels, for any opened bags of flour or dry foods. Store on opposite side of room away from dishwashing. Do not use garbage bags around food products as they can and will off gas chemicals into the food. Review at next scheduled inspection. Violation Score: 3

Make sure to fix the light in the staff washroom asap to ensure proper cleaning of this room can take place. temperatre controls are good. sanitation is good - dishwasher OK - bleach spray bottle OK. employee hygiene is good. Overall, things are pretty good.
