Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.7'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
NOTE: Ensure to have the bottle labelled as 'sanitizer' and mix 1/2 tsp of bleach per bottle as reiterated at this time.
- Glasswasher achieved minimum level of chlorine (>50ppm) after final rinse.
- Front bar area satisfactory. Drink dispensing gun/holder maintained in sanitary condition.
- General food storage practice satisfactory.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

NOTE: Ensure to have handsink faucets cleaned on a regular basis as discussed at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
