Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer made up at time of inspection. Bleach available on site is also lemon scented. Regular household bleach obtained at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is made up and is readily available in all food preparation areas. Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution when not in use to prevent microbial growth. Do not use scented or fiberguard bleach to make sanitizer for food contact surfaces as they contain non food grade chemicals. Read instructions on bleach carefully to ensure only the regular household type is obtained.

Observation: Noted several food items in cooler unit stored in white plastic shopping bags.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use shopping bags to store foods. They are single use items that should be discarded after use. Ensure foods are transferred to proper food grade containers for storage.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (prep cooler unit, upright two door cooler unit, upright one door cooler unit, domestic refrigerator...etc).
Chest Freezer -18C
Hot holding of rice higher than 60C
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips available to check sanitizer concentration.
