Comments: General sanitation - Good! Stand-up cooler for drink/beverage storage at 4C. Display cooler with sandwiches at 2C. All coffee hot-holding plates turned on and in sanitary condition. Ice cream freezer adequate (at -18C). Microwave clean and sanitary. Cappuccino dispenser in clean and sanitary condition. Slurpee dispenser cleaned and sanitized daily. All packaged products are sealed, cans are not dented. No signs of pests during time of inspection. 2-compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing .
