Observation: The dishwasher has been replaced until the old one is repaired and the drain pipe is connected to floor drain (with a makeshift set up)
Corrective Action(s): - Repair and install drain pipe immediatlely, properly as per BC building code to prevent back flow overflowing or flooding.
Call for inspection once it is fixed. Until such times discontinue the use of dishwasher and follow two compartment sink manual warewashing method.

Observation: The old low temperature dishwasher has been replaced with high temperature dishwasher and the drain pipe not installed as per building code
Corrective Action(s): - Repair and install the dishwasher and ensure that all repairs (drain pipe) must meet the building code to prevent back flow or flooding.

- Food Storage practices are satisfactory
- Ventless deep fryer is maintained in sanitary condition, no grease residue observed.
