2. Spray bottle of Peroxide Disinfectant observed stored beside single serve salt and pepper packets.
Corrective Action(s): 1. To eliminate pests from the facility, contact local pest control provider. Remove spray can of Raid from the premises. To protect food and food contact surfaces from chemical contamination, aerosol bug sprays are not to be used in a food premises.

- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- QUAT sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- QUAT sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- Three functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Proper thawing techniques observed
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units

- Back door closed during inspection
