Observation: Large black hard plastic containers with bagged pizza dough - large crack down the centre of at least 3 containers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers and equipment used in facility are maintained in good working order. Damaged equipment or containers can become a physical hazard that could end up in food. Replace/ remove all damaged containers.

***Containers are packed from central commissary and shipped to location regularly and stored in walk in freezer unit until required. Contact Fraser Health and inform EHO where central commissary is located (where the dough is shipped from)

- walk-in freezer was -15
- upright freezer was -17 C
- prep cool was 4 C
** Keep prep cooler lid down when the meal rushes have ended to maintain cooler temp of foods in inserts <4 C

- hand sink and staff washroom supplied liquid soap, paper towel hot and cold water
- labelled sanitizer spray bottles 100 ppm chlorine - available at front and back kitchen
**Ensure the bottles are dumped and re-filled every week to ensure sanitizer concentration is maintained
- chlorine onsite for sanitizing dishes
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection
**Manager will contact EHO with name of pest control company
- white paper plates used to serve customers
- pizza boxes stored in sanitary manner
- time tracking in place and system was observed in use during inspection
- pizza slicer and guide cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours or sooner
