Stop cookie baking until approval received. Updated information is required for file and application status may be required to change from a food store to food other. the following items are required before can continue with cooking cookies: 1. a food safety plan on how the food is handled from receiving through to cooking and storing 2. a sanitation plan on how the utensils and trays will be properly washed and sanitized. 3. an updated floor plan showing the location of the equipment, including the 2 compartment sink for washing and sanitizing as well as the hand wash station. 4. provide information with respect to where the cookie dough will be received from.
