Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High Temperature Dishwasher not reaching 71C or above at plate level during the final sanitizing cycle. After 3 cycles, no color change was observed on the thermolabel and probe thermomter measured at 63.5C maximum.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use this dishwasher until it is repaired and able to sanitize dishes at 71C or above. Use single use disposable cups and containers for all menus served.

All coolers at 4C or below.
Ice cream freezers at -13 to -18C.
Hot held soups measured at 60C or above.
Bleach sanitizer available on site measured at 200ppm chlorine.
Handsink in the front area and washroom handsinks are fully equipped.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper is stored away from the ice.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
** Water pressure from the Women's washroom handsink tap is noticeably low when compared to the Men's washroom handsink. Adjust and/or repair the water pressure.

A follow-up inspection to be done on April 27th, 2022 to ensure corrections are made. Failure to comply may result in the issuance of Order and/or violation ticket.
