Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): CCFL reviewed the staff records and found that one staff was missing a resume from their file.

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19070 - CCLR s.57(2)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
Observation: CCFL reviewed the children's records and found a new child was missing information related to their immunization status.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that children's records are complete as required.
