- cooler 2 in storage room was 1 C
- Freezer in garden room was - 14 C

- no hot holding at time of inspection
- Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine, should be 50 ppm
- Sanitizer was 200 ppm quats
- Foods are portioned and served at the location, no cooking is done at this location
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is good
