- Back storage/dishwashing area has been cleaned to remove dirt/debris. Ensure this level of sanitation is maintained especially in hard to reach areas. - Supervisor reported 3 hours of deep cleaning have now been scheduled once per week. * Caulking/sealant has still not been replaced by the pitcher spray area. Supervisor stated the case/issue has been reported to Facilities and the Manager will be following up. Manager to email to confirm once complete.
