Operator indicated he would like to replace the current dishwasher with a commercial, high temp machine. If you choose to switch over to this style machine, you must have a waterproof, hot holding (max/min) thermometer
Dishwasher is to be delivered and installed tomorrow. Please call me upon completion of installation
**Guests are continue to be served using single use, disposable dishes and utensils

Standing cooler needs to be serviced. Condenser was blocked off of an air supply. Always allow your coolers to breathe! Currently measuring between 8C and 10C. Not currently in use.
Hot holding unit with missing door has been decommissioned until door can be replaced.
Another unit has been brought in temporarily while the original gets repaired. OK
Microwaves have been thoroughly cleaned. Good
Broken rice maker has been discarded
