Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tuna, egg salad and turkey sandwiches are stored above 4C in the display cooler. Food internal temperatue is at 7-8C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous food are kept at or below 4C.
NOTE: Operator moved all potentially hazardous food to lower section of the fridge. It has been noted that air temperature in this section is around 2C.
