Observation: Long cutting board from the prep cooler was observed to be very filthy, operator claimed that they wash it every three days
Correction: Please clean and sanitize the cutting board regularly to prevetn pathogen growth.

Follow-up Inspection (report #JYOU-D92SV3)

The following has been corrected:
- Violation 209: condensation/water leakage from the walk-in cooler is being collected in a bucket (please discard the water every day to avoid overflow and contamination); please also ensure the floor in the walk-in cooler has no standing water.
- Violation 306: Facility general sanitation has improved, but deep fryers/walls/shelves still require thorough cleaning.

The following still need corrections:
- please clean or replace the long cutting board on a daily basis before and after the operation
- please deep clean the deep fryers to remove all grease built up (drain oil and use a metal scrubber to remove all grease)
- cleaning the walls and shelves is also required
- flies were observed during inspection, please purchase a fly trap and place it in areas away from the food preparation.
