Comments

General sanitation is good. Staff that are entering the work area are required to wear protective shoes, lab coats, beard/hair nets, and protective eyewear. All hand sinks are stocked hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. There were no pest issues at the time of the inspection. Pest control plan is in place. All stored products are placed on pallets or shelves at least 6 inches from the ground. Machines are cleaned and sanitized as part of the sanitary procedures. Sanitizer was present at the time of inspection - the supplying company is responsible for premixing the sanitizer. Staff washrooms are kept clean.
