Follow up to inspection #VHUU-DCSQVF.

308 corrected - technician was on-site during the inspection and hooked up chlorine sanitizer for the dishwasher to operate as a low temperature chemical one. Dishwasher measured to have a chlorine residual of 100ppm (minimum 50ppm) at the dish level. Staff are to use chlorine tests strips to verify concentrations daily.

NOTE: Facility has ordered a new high temperature dishwasher (specifications provided on-site). Installation will be in approximately 5 week. Once installed, please use a calibrated waterproof thermometer to verify that the final rinse cycle is at 71C or hotter at the dish level.
