Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer concentration was too strong (registered over 200 ppm bleach).
Corrective Action(s): When using bleach as a sanitizer, use 1/2 tsp unscented household (5%) per litre of water.
Operator made a new solution in one of the sink compartments - registered at 100 ppm bleach.
Obtain test strips to verify strength of sanitizer solution.
