Observation:
1) The ice cream scoop was in a container of murky water.

2) Debris was observed in one of the coolers on the store side of the premises.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Wash and sanitize the ice cream scoop after every use as per previous inspections. Staff member washed and sanitized the scoop at the time of inspection.

2) Wash and sanitize the cooler.

Observation: Mouse feces observed on the window sill of the store section of the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Staff are aware of potential pests and have physical traps set for them. Remove the feces and clean the area.
