Corrective Action(s): Remove foods that are past their sell by date. Ensure to check stock regularly. Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1) The ice cream scoop was in a container of murky water. 2) Debris was observed in one of the coolers on the store side of the premises. Corrective Action(s): 1) Wash and sanitize the ice cream scoop after every use as per previous inspections. Staff member washed and sanitized the scoop at the time of inspection. 2) Wash and sanitize the cooler. Violation Score: 5
