Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAFT6E:

Code 308: High temperature dishwasher still not meeting sanitizing requirement. Rinse temperature must be 71C at the plate. Checked rinse temperatures for three cycles at 58C, 64C, 67C. Premises has thermometer with maximum temperature readout at 68C at the plate. Repair technician came and repaired the dishwasher. He indicated that the wash temperature was not high enough. Gauge was reading at lower than 60C, but rinse was 82C at the gauge. Wash temperature gauge at 60C and rinse at 82C by end of inspection. Will come back on April 15, 2019 for final check.

Code 304: Rodent droppings still observed in multiple areas:
-on top of cardboard box and underneath the shelves
-underneath the dish rack along the wall at the back
Correction order issued. Follow instructions. Correction date: by April 15, 2019.
