Follow-up to the recent routine inspection: - 200ppm chlorine available in buckets to hold wiping rags (two in kitchen/one at sushi bar) - All areas mentioned during the routine inspection have been cleaned. - Under counter shelves have been lined with tin foils, not cardboard box. Ensure to keep the facility at this sanitary level at all times!
