*Ensure to follow mixing directions on product label when preparing sanitizer solutions for the spray bottles
- High-temp dishwasher reached final rinse temperature of ≥71o Celsius (72.8C)

*Gaps observed at the bottom of the 2 receiving bay doors that could potentially allow pest entry into the premises. Recommend sealing the gaps by installation of larger doorsweeps, leveling the concrete floor underneath the receiving doors, and/or sealing the gaps with another resilient material.
