Education provided that garbage bags are not suitable material for storing food as they have chemicals. Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the food and discard. Use food grade storage containers to store foods. Operator discarded the food at the time of inspection Violation Score: 3 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Observed a sticky trap with cockroaches on top of the dishwasher. No signs of cockroaches noted elsewhere. Most recent pest report (July 10 2023) indicated that cockroach activity shown in the kitchen. Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the sticky trap and discard. Ensure to clean and sanitize the kitchen regularly and set new traps for monitoring purposes.
