-Follow-up inspection to April 14, 2020.
-Walk-in cooler has been serviced and was at 3C.
-Vegetable cutter was found to be clean and well maintained. Ensure staff properly soak both blade and handle component to loosen dried food debris and vegetable cutter is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
-Operator will follow-up with staff and ensure temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Operator signature is not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
