Observation: Observed ice build-up in the walk-in freezer pipes (THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION). Glasswasher measured at 63.9C final rinse temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Clear the ice build-up in the walk-in freezer. Service the glasswasher to measure at least 71C final rinse temperature. Corrected by: September 21, 2022.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CJ9SGX.
The following violation have been corrected:
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.

Temporary use the low-temperature dishwasher to wash glassware until the glasswasher has been serviced.

Facility permitted to have dine-in.

Correction Order still in effect. Ensure outstanding violation outlined in report#JCHY-CJ9SGX and in the Correction Order is addressed by September 21, 2022.
