The following violation has been corrected from our last inspection:

Two additional food handlers completed the Food Safe training. Thank you for your attention.

It is a special event , Diwali festival, so owner proposed additional cooking area, under the tent, outdoor set up. The temporary approval / Permit has been issued. Temporary/portable sink has been installed, supplied with hot and cold running water. Bleach used as approved sanitizer.
Only suggestion is that all food-handlers need to wear the proper clothing and hair protection while preparing food.
Keep your daily temperature logs up to date.
