Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of curry sauce in cooler measured 47C; sauce was made at the end of lunch time for dinner rush.
Corrective Action(s): Food must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less. Staff continued cooling in the food prep sink in an ice water bath.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food in prep cooler nearest back door measured 9C. Food in this unit has been replenished from working coolers to prepare for dinner rush.

- back door closed at time of inspection; gap noted at bottom - manager stated they have already called for repairs
- physical barriers still in place
