Routine inspection conducted. Observations: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Milk cream cooler measured at 2C - Freezer (2 door) at -22C - Ice cream freezer at -21C - Walk in cooler at 3C - Beverage cooler at 2C - Reach in cooler measured at 4C Monitor the temperature more frequently as it fluctuates due to hot weather. - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 2 compartment available in the back storage area and use for warewashing. - 200ppm QUATS dispenser installed at mop sink in the back area. - 200ppm QUATS used for sanitizing food contact surfaces. - Single use cups stored in a sanitary manner. - No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection. - Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
