Observation: Food contact surface sanitizer solution not available during the inspection. One spray bottle was tested and it had 0 ppm chlorine.
Correction: Ensure that a 1 tsp per liter bleach solution is always available when the restaurant is in operation.

Observation: Kitchen hand sink and the bar hand sink are not supplied with paper towels.
Correction: Correct today.

Follow up inspection:

The kitchen hand washing sink was repaired and now has cold water.
Paper towels are available at all sinks.
A 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer and a 200 ppm quats sanitizer was available during the inspection.
Rodent droppings have been cleaned.
The operator will install a door sweep on the back door this weekend.
