- Observed one of the back door open at the time of inspection. There was no active delivery in place.

Walk-in cooler at 4C or below.
Handwash sink (next to the washrooms) are fully equipped.
Beer tanks are cleaned after each round of batch (fermentation period can vary from 5 days to 14 days).
Bags of grains (raw ingredients) were stored off the floor/ on pallets.
Hydrogen peroxide based sanitizer is used for all food contact surfaces (supplied by Ecolab).
Isopropanol is used for general surface disinfectant.

*Ensure to have production manager to review the pest control reports for the past two months and have all the action items completed.
