Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - Disinfection: PREempt CS20 purchased and is on site. Manufacturers directions are required to be followed. Expiration dates are to be monitored. All items are to be stored in a manner to prevent post disinfection contamination. All used items are to be removed from each work station after each client. Cleaned and disinfected implements are to be provided for every new client. - Single use items are required to be discarded after use. All items are to be removed from service stations after each client. - Sanitation: Cleaning conducted. Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times.
