Freezer section at -18C. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed. - Facility not being used at the time. Teaching class available four times a week - Supervisor stated low temperature dishwasher is in the process of being replaced.
