Comments

-Repairs are being done to the wall behind the Tim Horton's drip coffee dispensers. Ensure that this area is closed off while repairs take place and that the area is cleaned and sanitized prior to being used afterwards. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm in the spray bottle and at the 3-compartment sink. No evidence of pests. Pest control records kept onsite. General sanitation was satisfactory.
