Routine inspection. Front and back hand sinks are provided with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Staff observed to handwash properly.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
200 ppm quats sanitizer available for use in containers with wiping cloths.
200 ppm quats in spray bottles available fur use.
Dishwasher final rinse reaches 72C at the plate surface.
Walk in cooler is at 2C and monitored by electronic devised.
Upright freezer is at or below -18C
All hot holding units are at or above 60C
All under the counter coolers with insert are at or below 4C. Temperature measured 3C in the inserts.
Ice buckets provided to store the scoops inside. Ice gets changed every two hours or as required.
No sign of pest observed at this date.
Health Permit is posted in customers area at front.
Customer washrooms are provided with proper hand washing stations.
Covid-19 Safety Plan is in place. Hand sanitizers are provided.
Signages are noted.
Limited dine in up to 10 people at the time of inspection.
Operator is aware of the new guidelines.
Recommendation:
It was noted that cutting board at the back area starting to get worn out. Please ensure frequent cleaning and sanitizing the board. Consider changing the board as cleaning is not possible.
