Follow up inspection: The glass washer has been repaired and it has 50 ppm chlorine. Check every day. Cleaning has been completed under the cook line. Temperature and dishwashing records are now being kept. All food is stored off the floor in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer. Door sweeps to be installed and will be checked for during the next inspection.
