Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
No food was being hot held during the inspection.
Interior of the ice machine and food contact items were sanitary and noted in good condition.
No improper dispensers were in-use or stored within bulk food containers - good.
Sanitizer containers were set-up at the prep station. Adequate concentration of the Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer detected in both containers.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 195F at the final rinse gauge and 73.5C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
