Observation: Rodent droppings were observed from floors under large kitchen equipment and undercounter shelves. A hole was observed on one of the corners on front ceiling.
Corrective Action(s): Operator started seeing rodent droppings 2 weeks ago and placed baits on kitchen floor. REMOVE BAITS IMMEDIATELY. Do not place baits inside of the facility as explained at this time.

Ensure to have all droppings removed every morning. Treat the areas using 1000ppm chlorine. Continue to store food in pest proof/food grade containers. Fill the hole on ceiling using steel wool- can be obtained at a hardware store and seal it. Place sticky traps throughout and monitor daily. If worsens, contact the professional pest control company for a full inspection.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezer operating at/below -18'C.
NOTE: Hot-holding unit still not in use.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- Washroom satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
